The First Church of the Nectaris Licensing Queue (FCNLQ) was a short lived religion that was born in the queue that form for licences in Nectaris City. It encouraged it's members to stay in line, and that one day the queue would be gone. It died when the queue was cleared by Tagon's Toughs 2000-12-31
