Description[edit]
Rafe is a resident of Haven Hive.
Bio[edit]
Rafe and seven others were hired by Mr. Sampaio to ambush the team from Tagon's Toughs who are on Haven Hive to visit Shep. During the ambush, two of the members Sergey and Julio are eaten by Sgt. Schlock. The rest escaped except for Tino who was captured and questioned by the team.
