The Ob’enn funded a guerrilla war in the Ystrebe system, distracting the representative government, and for a time preventing them from amassing sufficient force to repel the imminent Ob’enn invasion.
The head guerrilla or "Jefe" is royal named Tem Phica, born into what used to be the House of Phica.
