Description

Fourth rocky planet counting outward from Sol. Mars had a wet past, but dried out through the millions and billions of years following its creation from the stellar nebula. Throughout the 20th century, humans of various factions lobbed (and occasionally landed) robotic helpers to Mars. These poked and prodded the Red Planet, gathering bits of data while humanity got up the gumption to go there themselves.

In the 22nd century Humans finally reached outward from their planet and terraformed it.

History

Colonized by humanity in the time since the 22nd Century, Mars has since been terraformed to be a blue-green world. It is renowned for its beaches 2000-11-08.

One of the famed cities is Marineris Dam City, home to MDCU.
