Description[edit]
Aqueousci are the children of human ambassadors to the Schuul on Celeschul. They grow up underwater speaking Galstandard Peroxide, and have a characteristic accent when they get around to speaking Galstandard West. They are sometimes referred to by Celeschul's human habitants as "Diplobrats".[1]

Speculation[edit]
It appears that Aliss is not in fact one of the Aqueousci, but a Schuul consciousness implanted on a human body. However, his behavior and speech patterns match theirs, at least according to Tagon.
