The Habeas Corpus is a Warrant Class cruiser, run by the Partnership Collective. It attempts to attack the Kitesfear while it is docked at the Kelrik Hub and held in place by the K.F.D.A. foodservice commandos.

Speculation
This may be the same ship that attempted to attack them in the Celeschul System. [[[@http://www.schlockmercenary.com/2000-07-12%7C2000-07-12]]] That vessel was never seen or named, but was identified as a Warrant Class vessel.
