Description
a.k.a. "The Can"
Technology used by the Diversity Engineering Institute to re-write the minds of the Gavs, down to the DNA level 2011-12-27. Changes "The Can" can do include education, such as a background in Advanced Bioengineering & Gene Expression, "minor body modifications, with supporting mental mods", rewiring subocortical and cortical portions of the brain, and sex changes. Oh, and a boob job 2011-12-28.
