Description
A member of the Parkata Urbatsu troop introduced in the MallCop Command story arc. A light-skinned, balding human male.
Bio
Barry, along with Kathryn Flinders and Trevor, was a UNS Intelligence analyst aboard the UNS Tunguska. Their group survived the destruction of the Tunguska by Pa'anuri [[[1]]]. They met the Toughs on Mall-One and later joined them.
