Description
Humans are a species of sophonts found in the milky way galaxy. They originated in the Sol System.
As the first known species in the Sol system to reach sentience they were involved in the genetic alteration and enhancement of several other native species, and in the production and manufacture of artificial intelligences.
Genetic engineering resulted in the spin-off class of the Purps, who can not interbreed wit original humans. The Gavs, on the other hand, are no spin-off, and although technically the result of high-tech tampering, can be better described as some sort of throwback - strictly speaking.
